Challenge

Costco's warehouse format requires coverage at extreme heights (30–40 ft ceilings), across massive floor areas, and at all exterior perimeters, loading docks, and member entry points — with consistent standards across all locations.

Solution

High-ceiling fisheye and wide-angle dome cameras for full floor coverage. PTZ cameras for perimeter and parking areas. LPR cameras at loading docks. Delayed Egress emergency door systems at select exits.

A signature architectural building in Miami Beach demands camera systems that are completely discreet and architecturally integrated — standard camera housings are not acceptable in this environment.

Challenge

The property needed a complete technology overhaul while maintaining hotel operations. The project scope included WiFi, security cameras, access control, and room lock systems — all requiring tight coordination and phased delivery.

WiFi 6 access points throughout all areas. New Hikvision 4K camera system replacing the legacy analog system. Audio system for event ballrooms and conference rooms. RFID keycard lock systems for all 425 guest rooms.
