This Cookie Policy explains how IDS CCTV Wholesale (Future 2000 Technologies Inc) (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies on the IDS CCTV website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use personal information.
1. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage, which hold information in your browser rather than sending it with every request. We refer to all of these together as “cookies and similar technologies” in this policy.
Cookies can be first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by a service we embed), and they can be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (kept until they expire or you delete them).
2. Our Approach
We do not use advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share personal information with data brokers. We do not run Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or social media pixels on this website.
Because the only cookies we set are needed to run the site — sign-in sessions, form security, your cart, and your display preferences — we do not show a cookie consent banner. The one exception is third-party content, described in section 4, and we load that only after you ask for it.

4. Third-Party Content and Cookies
Some pages can load content from other companies. We have configured these to minimise tracking, and in most cases they only load after you interact with them:
- Google Maps (contact page): the interactive map is not loaded by default. It loads only if you click “Load interactive map”, and once loaded Google may set its own cookies under the Google Privacy Policy. You can use “Open in Google Maps” instead if you prefer to avoid the embed entirely.
- YouTube:product and brand videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (
youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube may still set cookies when a video actually plays. See the Google Privacy Policy. - CAPTCHA providers: if bot protection is enabled on our forms, Cloudflare Turnstile or Google reCAPTCHA may set a security cookie to verify that a submission comes from a real person. - PayPal:when you choose PayPal at checkout you are redirected to PayPal's own site, where PayPal's cookie and privacy policies apply. See the PayPal Privacy Policy.
5. How to Control Cookies
You can delete or block cookies and browser storage at any time through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block third-party cookies while still allowing first-party cookies.
Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in, using your cart, or completing checkout. Clearing browser storage removes your saved cart and display preferences.
Because we do not sell or share personal information and do not run cross-site advertising, there is no separate “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” opt-out to configure.

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove a service that uses cookies or browser storage. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above.
