One of Miami's most architecturally significant residential buildings, it demands absolute discretion in all technology installations — conventional camera housings are architecturally unacceptable at this level. IDS CCTV provides ongoing maintenance and system expansion for the property's security camera, structured cabling, and access control infrastructure.
Challenge
A Pritzker Prize architect's building requires camera systems that are completely invisible within the design language. Standard dome cameras, visible cabling, or exposed hardware are not acceptable. The system must provide full security coverage while leaving zero visible footprint in communal spaces, the lobby, pool deck, and amenity floors.
Solution
Hikvision mini-dome cameras in custom-matched finishes — ceiling-flush to be architecturally invisible. High-resolution 4K entry cameras at lobby and external entry points. Full Cat6 structured cabling throughout for security and A/V. Keycard and intercom-based access control at all amenity floors and lobby — no visible hardware clutter.
